B.Sc forestry is not opted by most of the candidates, it is easy to get a good rank for B.Sc forestry. If you secure a rank within 4000 for a safer side, you may have a chance to get B.Sc forestry in good colleges, perhaps even top colleges.
Hello, From my research on internet I found that there is no need of any rank means there is no need of entrance exam needed for taking admission in sirsi college for Bsc. forestry, but the eligibility criteria is only passed 10+2 exam and that information is given on Careers
It depends on your category and the place you are from. If you are from 1G, 1K, 1R category or even 2A's category then i am sorry with this rank it is not possible to get any seat.
But you can get Food technology or Horticulture or even B.Sc Agriculture
Considering previous year cutoffs you couldn't get a seat in any of the stream i. e either Forestry or Horticulture as last year the closing rank was around 10800 for College of Horticulture Sirsi, Utttara Kannada dist.

You have not mentioned your reservation category as cutoffs varies from one category to other category.
If you are a SC Rural category student then you could get College of Forestry Kodagu- Dist as last year the closing rank for this college was 13600.

For giving ICAR All India Entrance Examination for Admission(AIEEA) PG exam those candidtes are eligible who have completed their degree from private universities/colleges accredited by the ICAR.
So Yes it is true the graduation degree should be from colleges/universities those are accredited by the ICAR.
