It depends on your rank but you have mentioned your marks. Candidates securing rank below 10,000 in TS EAMCET will get free seat irrespective of their category. So, if your rank is in between 1-10,000 then you are eligible to get free seat if your rank is above 10,000

60 marks is very low for getting a free seat in b pharm, but according to you rank and category you can get some relaxation on fees as b pharm colleges do not give free seats for low scores
