i got 8520 rank in ts eamcet agriculture 2020,i am from ap, can i expert free seet from agbsc course or veternary seet

As per previous yearcutoff ranks below 10k will be a free seat for everyone but only if your annual income is below then it will be free seat but you are a non local candidate so ap government should give reimbursement. So please go through the rules of ap government and know that if get free or not.
