The eligibility criteria to participate in UPSEE spot counselling is as follows

• A candidate who was not alloted a seat in any round is eligibile.
• A candidate who could not participate in any rounf of counselling is eligible.
• A candidate who did not confirm the seat which was alloted in any previous rounds.

So, if you have not confirmed your seat which was alloted to you then you can participate in spot counselling.

This year, in the mechanical branch, only one student got placed with a good salary, but 4-5 students got placement offers, but they refused the job because of very low salary. The computer science students get placement way better than ME & CE, but if the student has talent, then he/she will surely get placed with an amazing salary.
