Well both the universities are good when coming to CSE,it is completely on you.I'm giving you here some of the information about both the universities.

Galgotias University-Being private university its fees is around 6-7 lakh for four years and hostel fees is 5-6 lakh for four year.Campus life is good.Facilities are available for good academics.Placements are average around 3-4 lakh per annum.

B S Abdur college is ranked 3rd in tamil nadu.Academic content and faculties are good there.Fees is 1.2 lakh per year and placements are also decent here with a good campus life.

And you will be glad to know that most of the colleges of Aktu give admission in two modes 

1- mode as per the rank obtained in upsee 

2 - direct admission 

85% of the seats are reserved for upsee and remaining 15% seats are management quota seats 

If u have scored 144 marks  then you can expect your rank between 50001 to 90000 at this rank  you can not expect your admission in galgotias college by counseling unless you are from reserved category however you can go for management seats

You want to persue btech from galgotia university.It is good , but it is a bit over-priced college.

Talking about placements , mainly mass recruiters come in this company like INFOSYS , WIPRO , TECH MAHINDRA etc.The environment is good , so is the placement culture . If you are a deserving candidate you will get a better offer.

Infrastructure is also good. Faculty of galgotias are very helpfull. They will help you with any problem regarding courses.This university is also about fun. Lots of fests are also organized in the university.

So if you see overall this university is good.

Your rank is very very high to take Admission  in colleges like JSS, KIET, AKGEC. There is no course like Car Trade in  B.Tech. In order to get Mechanical Engineering in these Colleges you need to havee rank around 15000. With 68000 rank you can get admission in colleges like ITS, IILM, KCC, GNIOT, etc.
