based on your marks in physics, chemistry and maths i can say your engineering foundation is very rudimentary.

If you are really motivated and can study consistently for one year you can easily make it to NITs. However with your present level acads it's not realistic to aim for IITs.

I would recommend a drop year but you must be commited else there is no point wasting another year.

Galgotia CET and GU are To different institutions.but under same brand Galgotia. Galgotia CET is affiliated to AKTU/UPTU which is an government University Whereas GU is and totally private University. When it comes Too Fees GU is much more expensive then CET approx 50k gap. And when it comes to the value of marksheet or degree. Obviously Government Degree is preferred so Galgotia CET is good to Go.

Congratulations for getting CSE in both the universities.

Being a student of KIIT Deemed To Be University,I personally recommend you to join KIIT since it is best known for the placements in CSE.Every year various companies hire students offering them 8-30 lakhs of annual package.The university has well constructed and designed labs and facilities for the students.

The university is best in every aspect whether it is academics or other activities.

They have a very well designed campus and in the last few years ,it has improved many hostel rooms, classrooms, campus etc.Hostels are very neat & clean and the College campuses have beautiful sights. Here you can find food from every parts of India.The hostel food is much better than other universities.(though the weather might be annoying at times!).

I would suggest you to join KIIT University on these basis,however, whichever university you choose, it is upto the individual to perform and master the skills. After all it's you who is going to represent your Alma Mater.

If you are planning to apply for GEEE then go for it as it will help you to get admission in Galgotia College of Engineering  or if you will  score well then you will be eligible to get scholarship also.

The quality of Galgotias university May vary from persons to persons.

But placements wise it’s a good university with average package of 2-3lakhs per annum for CSE branch and highest going to 6-8lakhs per annum in earlier years.

The fees is also affordable and is not that high.
