Both are the same only department is different for Engineering. For which course you want to apply.
If I had to choose between Galgotias University and PSIT Kanpur for CSE, I'd go with Galgotias University . From my experience, it offers better exposure due to its NCR location, more hackathons, technical clubs, industry interactions, and placement opportunities. The fees are also reasonable, giving it a strong ROI.
