Sorry to say but your score in NEET is not that good so it will not be possible for you to grab a seat in any government medical college of UK.

Even though you belong to OBC category you need atleast 400 marks to get into a good rank government medical college.

There are multiple ways you can get a job in foreign countries that you have mentioned.

First, I would suggest you to give GRE which will establish yourself to be able to communicate in English which is important.

You have not mentioned which career option you would like. You can pursue Engineering from IITs where many companies give placements abroad. If you fail to do so, you can work hard and pursue MBA by giving GMAT which will help you study abroad and hence, get placed abroad or study in top institutes in India which can also place you in abroad companies.
