Hello Ankit ,
As a Last year one of my friend got a rank around 427 and got Computer Science in the second round of counselling. Students who got ranks up to 450 got into it after up gradation. Now since the seats have been increased in Computer Science and Information Technology from the session 2017–18 ,so there is the probability of getting into Computer Science but chance is less.
Note:-You need to apply for up gradation if you don’t get your desired branch or else you wont be considered for branch upgrades.
Hope It Helps
All The Best !!!
