Hi aspirant,

There is no minimum or maximum scoring creteria in the JEE-mains. The cutoffs depend on number of students appeared exam, highest score of this year, and lowest score of this year. So although you've got less percentile no need to panic, as still category plays a role there.

Yes, if you have written both the exams (B.Arch and B.Planning) separately, you will get separate results for both the exams.

Based on the past years' trends, result for B.Arch and B.Planning is expected to be declared after the results of the B.Tech exam. However it is NTA's choice ,

It is 74.31 for OBC.

The tentative qualifying marks for GEN category students is 89.75 for GEN is 78.21, for OBC-NCL is 74.31, for SC is 54, 44 for ST & 0.11371730 for PWD candidates.

Your marks is pretty good and with this you can get your rank between 10K to 18k.

With this figure of rank you should get a NIT expected.
