Yes it will be evaluated. Even if you forgot to mark the answer as "Mark as answered" on computer, it will be evaluated. The required condition is you should have attempted the questions on your drawing sheet and Fill all the necessary details like Application no., Roll No. and Name

After jee main, you will go under counselling process where colleges will be assigned to you as per your rank. After counselling process, you will get a call from college to report at the college for the official process of admission.

In Paper 2, for drawing questions, there was an option to click on 'mark as answered' after students are done with those questions. Even if you've not marked them, probably your answers will be considered as you have attempted those questions on the drawing sheet.
