As per your question According to NEET UG 2018 counselling, you need to score as a result to steady a
seat in authorities scientific college. For this 12 months the rank secured by using the General
Candidates to get an admission in Government Medical schools is 8281, while the marks secured by
using the applicants is 546 out of 720.
Whereas the ST applicants secured ranks round 70612 with marks 409 to stable a seat in authorities
scientific faculties. For SC applicants the rank is round 51117 with marks 439. The PH quota applicants
need to steady marks around 154 to get a rank like 490673 to take an admission in authorities medical
schools. For OBC candidates, the rank is around 8299 with marks like 546 to steady admissions in
authorities scientific college.
Above referred to all these information is for All India Quota. Unless you refer us your state, then we can
not offer cutoff of your state. The cut off varies every 12 months in each state.

Yes obviously if you are not getting General Medicine, family medicine is an excellent option.In the present situation, every family has it's own doctors so the demand of family doctors are increasing everyday.
The cut off for family medicine is twice as low as that of GM.
Hence I think you will be able to bag a seat in Family medicine.
