I am scoring around 533/750 in cuet 2025 and will go botany hounors delhi university. I wanted to ask will i get Delhi University with this score i am from general university so please tell me

OISHEE BANERJEE 4th Jul, 2025

With a CUET 2025 score of around 533 out of 750 gives you a fair chance of getting admission to Botany Honours at Delhi University under the General category. While top colleges may demand higher normalized scores, many mid-range colleges in DU have previously accepted scores in this range for Botany.

Your chances improve further if the normalization works in your favor and you fill a broad set of college preferences during the CSAS counselling. Keep an eye on official cutoffs and counselling announcements.

Hey ! I got a keam rank of 36,000, but it doesnt say if its my general rank or obc rank. I belong to the ezhava category - do you know if the displayed rank is usually the general one or category-wise?

gopi 2nd Jul, 2025

Hello Aspirant! In KEAM results, rank will usually indicate your general rank on the rank list (unless otherwise specified as a category rank). Since your belonging to Ezhava category (OBC), your category rank will be displayed separately when the seat allotment is taking place in the counseling or in your profile, under "Category Details". You should also notice rank break down near the counselling on the KEAM portal.

with a score 328 what govt. college course can I get Im from general category? Any course will be fine

Avanishsree VP 2nd Jul, 2025

With a score of 328 in the NEET and belonging to the general category, chances of securing an MBBS seat in government colleges are very low . But you may get BDS, BAMS, BHMS, or B.V.Sc. in some state quota seats or semi-government colleges, depending on your state.

My nephew got general rank 532nd and BC-Community rank 296 in tnea2025. Is there any possibility of getting seat in CEG,MIT,SSN,PSG

OISHEE BANERJEE 1st Jul, 2025

With a general rank of 532 and BC community rank of 296 in TNEA 2025, your nephew has an excellent chance of securing a seat in top engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu. Based on previous year trends, candidates with ranks within the top 1,000—especially from the BC category—have comfortably secured seats in prestigious institutions like CEG (College of Engineering, Guindy) and MIT (Madras Institute of Technology) for core branches such as CSE, ECE, and Mechanical.

PSG Tech is highly competitive, especially for CSE and ECE, but with a BC rank of 296, there’s still a fair chance in core branches like EEE or Mechanical depending on the round. SSN also fills quickly, but considering the rank, there is a realistic possibility of getting a seat in preferred branches during the first or second round of counselling.
