Goa Institute of Management is one of the reputed colleges. It was established in 1993 and is a co-ed college. To get admission in PGDM health care management, you have to clear CAT exam. It is a 2 year regular course

it has got very good reviews in terms of infrastructure, faculty and other facilities. Their placement packages ate also better than other colleges

Ideally, if you take M.Sc. Economics now at BITS Pilani Campus and are able to convert into BE CSE or EEE, the following year with Dual Degree in Economics, thats a win-win situation. Yeah, though low, but chances are still there for you to secure BITS Goa Chemical with 247. Last Year, Last Iteration Cutoff for BITS Goa Chemical was 248. Hence you may need to wait till atleast 3rd Iteration. Other Good Options maybe, Civil/Chemical at BITS Hyderabad, Manufacturing at BITS Pilani (253 Lat Year Cutoff) or maybe M.Sc Chemistry at BITS Goa or Hyderabad.
