There is no cutoff for GIM considering healthcare and BDA programs, However cutoff is there for for the core program which is 97 percentile last year.
For Healthcare management selection takes place on the basis of profile and those candidates who has a background related to healthcare like Pharmacy, Dentist, Doctor or Nursing is preferred during selection.
So, I suggest you to go for it only if you belongs any healthcare background because during placement also it becomes difficult for you to justify selection for your course.

With a CMAT score of above 70+ percentile you can get GITAM School of International Business. But if you are getting GIM Goa then please opt for GIM.
If you have a percentile score of 90+ in CMAT then please opt for GIM Goa. It is as par level as NMIS.
