.
Du college has even gave an wonderful extension of dates for form fill up.
.
And the dates were like this

Starting date=3rd june
Ending date=17th june
Extension date=22june

A candidate of other state can only take admission in other state under 15% all India quota. And 85% seats are for state counselling students. This is applicable for government medical colleges for private colleges students should have state domicile of that respective state .
