Admissions for MBBS are done only on the basis of your NEET score. You can't apply for MBBS seperately in any university/college. Once you clear NEET, you'll have to register yourself for counselling and based on your preference and score, you'll be allotted a college.

yes you can get a good college. dont worry if not IIT then you can get into NITs. with the general category it is tough to get admission with this score but you have hope.

The eligibility criteria for Telengana PG medical admissions are:-

1) Candidate must have secured the minimum cutoff of NEET 2019.

2) Candidate must have completed their MBBS from Telengana itself or students who have studied in Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada and Christian Medical College, Dichpally are also eligible.
