This streams as you have mentioned, Dermatology, Radiology, Opthalmology are usually taken or given to the toppers. Since you talk of admission through All India Quota counselling, getting these fields would be difficult. You may try in for other fields.

The total number of seats in PG medical courses in Gujarat at present are 1,843. The number may go up to 2000 with addition of 150 more seats which is being planned but final decision haven't arrived yet.
