There is no such college with the name Markas. But there is a college with the name Markaz and I am assuming you are asking the same.

Makaz College of Arts and Science at Kozhikode, Kerala.

No, they do not provide a post-graduation course in MBA. They offer the undergraduate degrees of Bcom, Bsc, BBA, and BA.
