Yes, you can do masters in Mass Communication and Journalism after BCA. You have to appear for the entrance exam conducted by various universities and colleges.

You are definitely eligible for giving either of the exams. However you are not eligible for any IIM. Also you past academics can rule you out from several other colleges. However if you manage to do well in the entrance exams, there are many other good colleges you can get
BITSAT provides M.E. Mechanical Engineering, M.E. Design Engineering and M.E. Manufacturing Systems Engineering and to get admission in any of the above mentioned course you will have appear in BITS HD ADMISSION TEST. The forms are available around last week of April and closing date is after a month i.e.
