Yes according to the past record there is a chance of you getting IIT by this Score Card.

I will suggest you to apply in both IITs i.e. IIT ROORKEE and IIT KHARAGPUR  for M.arch as there are only few IITs which are offering Masters in architecture.

Yes you will be eligible for GATE 2020 as there is no age restriction for the candidates. Candidates can give GATE unlimited times, but every result of each attempt is valid for three years only after its result date.
