According to your marks and considering that you are an open category aspirant, your score should be in the range of 484-534.
According to this score, you won't be recruited in any PSU but can get admission in IITs like Bombay, Guwahati, Dhanbad and other lower ranked IITs.

The rank is based on the number of students qualified in GATE exam and their score. If many students get better marks than you, then your rank is high. Otherwise your rank will be low. It is not fixed .It depends
