Yes definetly you have chance go getting into WBSEDCL. 

Last year 2018 the cutoff for WBSEDCL in OBC A category was 23.34 and you have got 58.33 marks which means your score is way above the cutoff. 

Apply that PSU, after application you will be shortlisted for personal interview.
