Most probably you will not get .Students having rank less than 2000 can easily get PSUs.If there will be more number of vacancies then only there can be chances.

62.33 is a great score in Electrical Engineering branch for ST category. You can except call from almost all the PSUs. According to the previous year cutoff you have very high chances of getting hired into following PSUs

Just go and jump off the hill man. You can get shortlisted for almost all the PSU's and i really mean it beacuse you are in ST category and add to it you have 62.33 marks. But still i am listing down few as per last

Yes sure u can apply for the BSNL but there is no clear info about what rank people are eligible it is around less than 650 like that

With 38.7 in GATE mechanical you will not get core mechanical branches in IITs or NITs like Thermal, Design, production, CAD/CAM. What you can get is interdisciplinary subjects like earth science, climiate change. 

Now, if you really want to get into core subjects you can apply for state run
