Hi

You will not get IITs or NITs, but you get into state run government colleges. For that select the state in which you are interested to pursue M. Tech, then apply seprately for that college. 

You can get into those colleges.

Wow you have got very high percentile. You will definetly get into PSU. Infact you are eligible to apply for all the PSUs. For eg you can apply in following PSU

1. THDC

2. AAI

3. BSNL

4. NPCIL

5. BEML

6. BHEL

7. CEL

8. NTPC

You haven't mentioned the branch in which you are willing to apply for in Anna University.  In 2018 its nearly 20 - 23 marks for EEE and 30 marks for mechanical. If ur gate marks is 8–12 marks more the general cuttoff then surely u will get a

See the marks u have scored is just above the cut off score as per the previous years record. The paper this year was bit low so cutoff might rise.

That's why ur marks are enough for u to get admissioned in any of the NITs for pursuing
