Previous year qualifying marks for CIVIL engineering is 26.9 for general.
Then you would surely qualified for GATE 2019.

As per my knowledge BITS will consider it's own entrance exam know as BITS HD Admission Test for the admission at various programmes in the M.Tech across it's fours campuses. The test will be in the online medium and held in between the dates 15 - 26 May
