I got AIR 1047 and GATE SCORE 680 in ECE . What are my chances for getting MS in IIT KANPUR. either in VLSI or in RF MICROWAVE ?

VLSI and microelectronics -805
RF& MICROWAVE-700
and you have gate score of 680. So looking at the trends your luck may decide for RF and MICROWAVE. And you have low chances for VLSI.
