There is less chances for PSUs still you can apply for NTPC,ECIL .

You can apply for IIT and NITs which will be easy for you to get it.You can either do Masters like M.Tech/M.E or M.S or PHD whichever suits you.

29 marks is very less in the Exam and considering OBC category too it will be a daunting task for you to get into IIT's or even into Nit's ( not sure about state quota seats)

The marks u have obtained is above the cut off marks this year in ur respective category. But if u are wiling to do further studies from the IITS and NITS  then u might not get the seats there as ur marks are not enough to get that.

Well i can assist u in this. 

The marks u have got is just above the cut off of the hemical branch in GATE EXAM. As the chemical engg. is not that much prevailed all round tyhe country the appearing students are less compared to the core branch

Your gate score seems good for pusuring master degree courses in NITs and IITs. But from job point of view your score is not soo good.You need at least 70 score to get call letter from PSU and other government body.As you from OBC you may get IIT
