As the official cut off is not announced nothing can be exactly said about it.Cut off depends on the number of students

It depends on your category as well.If you are not from general category then definately you get any of NITs .You can apply for NITs and state level engineering colleges.

It depends on your category as well .IF you are from General then you might not get top NITs but you can easily get new NITs and state level engineering colleges/Universities.

Also it depends on your branch .As you haven't specified then it is quiet difficult to say

Your rank may lies in 45k to 55k .But exactly nothing can be said.
