Firstly congratulations for that good rank.

In 2017 cutoff marks for Petroleum Science and technology(chemical engineering) in IIT Guwahati was 234.

So if your marks are anything above 250+ may get you admission. As you marks are 339 you have maximum chances of getting admission.

According to your marks in gate 2019 ,you have the chance to get seat in IIT guwahati, The previous year cutoff for Petroleum and science technology is 234 for SC category  ,so have definitely the chance.
