It is expected that GATE 2018 cut off will be released by March 16, 2019. By going through the previous years cutoff, the score you need to get to qualify in ME would  tentaively be near:

General: 34.7

OBC (NCL): 31.2

SC/ST/PwD: 23.1

Hi Raja, the cutoff varies every year based on various factors like number of test takers, number of seats available, difficulty level of exams etc. Howeveras you have not mentioned the caste, the cutoff for previous years for various castes is, 

General - 720 to 760+ 

Obc - 550+
