If you lost your enrollment number simply go to GATE official website there you have to enter your registered e-mail address and then click generate OTP.

You can then retreve your enrollment number and through which you would be able to login again.

Jee main cutoff for NiT's is based on jee main qualifying marks and all India ranks. 

The cutoff varies as per category and programs offered. The allotment of btech Seats in nit will be purely based on jee main cutoff.

As of now gate in not offered in biomedical engineering. It is better for the students of biomedical to choose the subjects such as instrumentation engineering and electronics and communication engineering for giving away the gate exam.
