helo aspirant, you have still three months to prepare for gate exam, just be focused. focus on all the important topics. revise them thoroghly. go for online test series. i have attached a link, you can go through it. it may help you.

You can check the central list as to in which category you come in. As per my knowledge, Vimukta Jati either counts in as OBC category but i would suggest you to kindly check once and clarify with the central government list and then choose the appropriate one.

If you are pursuing B.Tech in the field of Textile engineering, then you can apply for Textile engineering and fibre science branch in GATE( Graduate Aptitude Test in engineering) 

however this branch is not chosen by many of the students, if you work a liitle bit harder

see some times while we are doing online payment for any particular admission or job related exams , it takes some time to generate the payment confirmation document. so after transecting the fees you have wait for 3 - 4 days at least to generate the confirmation document. if
