This is actually very difficult to answer because in the last 3 years there had been a lot of changes in this cutoff due to heavy competition.
That too in stream 2 you do have 30 percent of seats only and also depends on which state board exam

As per your rank in Gate 2018, you have less chances to get admission in OU or JNTU. Your rank should have been under 2000.
