I am sorry to say that there is almost no chance to get a seat into top NITs, but you can grab a seat in lower NITs. So, it would be better if you register for the same.

YOU GET INTO HBTU BUT GETTING INTO IET IS TOUGH.
Dushyant there is a provision of opting a different specialization branch for doing M.Tech from IITs on the basis of your GATE score but whether you can get a CS branch specialization branch with an IT GATE score cannot be said surely because it depends on the various branches department
Chances are little less to get seat in Govt colleges bu you can try for private and deemed colleges.

It seems the no. of candidates who wrote GATE CS were around 1,07,800. The rank for a score like yours would earn you a rank of 1500, which can be risky for reputed DTU. DTU is specialized for civil engineering course but I would suggest you to try
