I've got 461 as my score, gen category, ece branch, 2019. I'm awaiting the results and i've applied for the same. It would be very helpful if you can share the details of the 2018 iit roorkee roundwise cutoff for nanotechnology. And please tell me, what are my chances now,

If you are not applying with your GATE scores. Then you have to appear for UPSEE an entrance exam conducted by Uttar Pradesh Technical University, formally known as Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
So for qualifying UPSEE you need to have 25%(general/OBC) 20%(SC/ST) marks in this exam.
