Thanks for approaching us. Since you have GATE 2017 rank, you can apply for PGCET with the same rank. As GATE score will be valid for two years.

You can apply for PGCET with your GATE 2017 score itself as GATE scores are valid for 2 years.
So you need not take the test this year also. In case you wish to improve your score then you can very well take GATE exam again.

By securing a gate qualifying mark, if you take admission to any engineering college for P.G. courses(M.Tech) through you gate score.definitely u will eligible to get stipend of 12400.
