To get a good rank in your exam it's not depend upon the coaching but it's depends upon you.

If you are good in your basics then you don't need a coaching if you don't have any idea then you can join coaching.

GAIL has not announced the recruitment through GATE for 2018. The article doesnt have any link. It has been updated now. NPCIL has announced their recruitment and AAI too. Pls check if you can apply for those.
