I too agree with Mayank. If you get more than 800 only there are some chances to get into below 50 rank but sometimes it might change due to competition. Please go through the below link for more more details.

Dear Rohith
You can take GRE , TOEFL and GATE in the final year of your BTECH.
If you can take those test in this order..

GRE
GATE
TOEFL

And also you can change the order as per your convenience but you've chosen both different fields it will be difficult

No, PSUs are recruiting the candidates via gate too.
GATE scores are valid for a period of three years for M.Tech admissions only and not PSU recruitment. Candidates planning to appear in GATE 2018 to be eligible for PSU recruitment could fill the application form of GATE 2018
