For announcing an ranking in Gate they consider only Gate score.

As there is nothing announced for Gate 2018 cut off and the cut off varies college to college as well. Also, if you talk about previous year then the qualifying marks were 32.87 for general category. Apart from that, I would suggest you to go through the below link to

Unfortunately, the registration for GATE 2018 closed down on October 9, 2017. The application form was available only for a few months i.e., from August 31 to October 9, 2017. 

No the coaching for GRE is not sufficient for GATE preparation.
