For Architecture some of the preparation books you can refer to are:
- Building construction- B.C.Punmia
- Theory of structures & Strength of materials- R.S. Khurmi
- Architecture and Planning by Graham
- Buiding equipements by Fred Hall
- Theory and concept of Urban Planning by G.K.Hiraskar
These are all recommended material for GATE architecture preparation.
