The score is good so it makes your chances decent to get recruited in PSUs, I hope you have applied for the PSUs which are done with their application forms and better to apply for rest ones also. So to make it more clear below I am providing you Gate/PSUs

Chances are less to get seat in IITs but if you want you can try for lower NITs.

Gate score is mainly considered for PSUs only but good gate score can give you an extra advantage in private sector but I dont think private companies provide jobs on the basis of Gate score. And can you please tell how much you are expecting?

ISM Dhanbad now known as IIT Dhanbad will announce the ISM EE Application form 2017 tentatively in the second week of March 2017. And the exam will be conducted in the month of May 2017 (tentatively) as dates are not out yet.

for which circle should i apply for bsnl jto, as i am from jaipur and they have no vacancy for rajasthan circle?

Yes, they dont have vacancy for Rajasthan circle but you can apply for near by locations like UP, PUNJAB and as BSNL is recruiting through Gate for the first time so it is not possible to predict any specific cut off for same and according to me you should apply

With this score, chances are there in lower NITs and if you talk about PSUs then better to try for BSNL, huge number of vacancies are there. So may be your score works there.
