Hello,
you can try for government engineering college which is located in your domicile state. You can use home state quota. IIT accept score above 550 and goes upto 700.
NIT will be hard as accepted score will be above 500. There is good chance for government college. Apply for them. Even go for universities. They are also recognized and have good performance.

see your gate score is below the cutoff score, thats why you are not gate qualified and not eligible to take admission in iits or nits which wants gate score, since you are not gate qualified you can not get gate stipend from aicte. cutoff score 32.68, to qualify gate you need to score more or same as the cutoff score. however in india there is many colleges which has separate entrance test and you can apply with out gate score.
