see you can choose mtech courses as per your gate paper from which you have attempted in gate exam, some of the iits or nits have some interdisciplinary subjects like embedded system, data science etc which is open to all streams students, now see the physically handicapped persons have different quota and cutoff score is low, so you need to choose the mtech course as per your interest.

I regret to inform you that with such score it is difficult to get seat in any IITs/NITs/IIITs considering previous years cut off trends.Your GATE score must be above 650 to have decent chances of getting a seat in IIT and branch of your choice.
