see if you get 50 or 50+ marks in gate you have fare chances for nits.like nit durgapur, nit sikkim, nit patna, manit bhopal etc. however there is less chances for old iits. every year cutoff score changes and it depends on various factors like number of participants, question difficulty level, seat matrix etc.
see iisc bangalore , iit kharagpur has mtech courses offers based on gate xe score, however at this score you have less chances since seat intake is very less. however you may apply for interdisciplinary courses in iit guwahati, or 3 yeas ms course, since ms courses cutoff goes comparatively lower than mtech courses.
