Hi there, to get admission in osmania college you should have a fair enough rank but since your rank is 23k there are very few chances of getting the collge. As per previous year cut off yo can not get admission.

see its not matter that you are a non iit students, what is matter is your gate score and the branch of engineering which you want to apply. however this year it is expected that cutoff will get increase from previous years, so in 52 score there is less chances for old iits.

you have decent chances in nits, iit guwahati, iit patna, iit bhu etc.

see your score is really good, now if you want to do job you need to apply for psus hiring.

there will be many psus hiring for engineers through gate score. now you need to check the score eligibility and apply. however you need to also apply for state government recruitment ,  you may also apply for different iits to your choiceable stream for mtech admission.

With your score and category it is very difficult to get into any IITS although you have little bit chances of getting some low ranked NITs that too very less chances.

I suggest you to work harder fir the next attempt.
