see this year there is the possibility of cutoff increasing to high score. so at this score you have less chances for psus like npcil, iocl, nlc, hpcl etc. however you may know about psu recruitment from below link,

however if you are interested for mtech you may apply in nits or other government state engineering college.

see there is less chances for old iits, because this year gate exam question is comparatively easy from previous years , and the chances of high score will be coming, now it all depends on gate score and what will be the cutoff for each stream, cutoff score also depends on the engineering stream you will apply for.  you have chances for iit guwahati, iit dhabad, nit durgapur etc.

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on question level difficulty, seat matrix, number of participants etc. see iit kharagpur, jadavpur university does not allow candidates from electrical background to apply for mtech in VLSI and microelectronics, however at this score you have less chances for iits and top nits, you may apply for north east nits, vit vellore, psg coimbator and other state government engineering colleges,

see psus like iocl, ongc, bcl hires engineering graduates students that is btech course passout students from gate score. now the vacancy can be differ year to year, and if you are already pursuing mtech or completed you can still participate in gate exam, there is not much recruitment comes for only m.tech degree holders, but isro, drdo like research organization have vacancies comes time to time for mtech degree holders.
