see after analyzing this year questions its expected that the cutoff may have increases compare to previous year. and at this score your chances for admission in  iits is really less. however you  have decent  chances in nits, jadavpur university, iiest shivpur, osmania university, delhi technological university, iiits etc.

For your gate marks or score you have very low chances for getting Machine Design branch.
