see gate and ceed exam is not for you as you are in 11th , gate or ceed exam can be attempted by candidates who are already graduate or in final year of graduation in relevant discipline.
as you want to take admission in iits, you need to apply for uceed exam which is the undergraduate design entrance of iits, also you need to apply for jee main exam, which is the common entrance test of engineering, basis on jee main score candidates may appear in jee advance exam, which is the gate way entrance exam of admission in iits for btech courses.

after the gate score declared you need to apply in official website of NIFTEM for mtech admission, candidates are shortlisted basis on gate score with follows by a personal interview round. after the completion of the process remaining seats of mtech course is fill up by non gate students which is done by entrance exam conducts by the institute.
see there is many online course available in coursera, stanford online which has many paid and non paid course related with various engineering discipline, you may do some courses along with your studies, however this courses has no beneficiary for gate exam, as gate exam comprises with your academic curriculum and your numerical and conceptual understanding of electrical engineering.

NTA has released the official syllabus for JEE Mains on September 2. Paper 1 will consist of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Paper 2 for B.Arch. will consist of Mathematics, General aptitude and Drawing section whereas B.Plan. will have Mathematics, General aptitude and Planning.
