Answer key for GATE 2020 isn't officially released, it be be done by IIT Delhi.It is supposed to be available tentatively from the third week of February, 2020.

According to your gate score you may get IIT delhi and IIT guwhati for MTech. Your gate score is not very good to get lots of courses.
